About Me

By profession I am a Food Security Advisor, by nature I love networking and connecting people with each other & opportunities. I have worked in completely different business sectors (telecom, shipping & logistics, garments) and each one has taught me something new. I love the diversity of the people I have worked with and for over the years, some of them left lasting impressions, some taught me valuable lessons, some forced me to grow and some just became life-long friends. This blog is my attempt to ease the way for others (particularly women) to grow as painlessly as possible, to become better human beings while climbing the corporate ladder.

Most women in the corporate world are juggling career, children, marriages and family demands….. we get tired, we feel weak, we break, sometimes we scream and cry and stomp our feet. Pick yourself up, have a little faith, you are not alone… each one of us is paving the way forward for our daughters, for the future generation. We are teaching our sons how to treat women, whether at work or at home. We are teaching our daughters how to respect themselves. Just as we pave our own future by the words we use to describe it, we are teaching others how to treat us by the way we behave ourselves, what we put up with and what we put our foot down on.
