The drama of my own life is enough to stress me out, I cannot even begin to imagine the pain that refugees feel. To be displaced, to lose everything, to watch your whole life burn, to fear for your life, to watch your loved ones die.

No, I neither have the words nor any comprehension of the pain that they experience. The least that we can do is to be empathetic humans. That is what I was trying to say in the interview and I truly hope that more people voice their opinion and the government change their stance.

  1. I wasn’t aware of this situation. Thank you for bringing it to light!

Its been a hot topic of debate here, the recent unrest in Myanmar and the fresh influx of refugees. In fact as I said in the interview I was quite surprised by the responses I recieved to my FB status update.

  3. It is so good you can take some time of the hectic pace of the ‘world’…and just do what you want. It’s funny you mentioned ‘eat pray and love’ because when I started reading that’s who you reminded me of…I hope you have a wonderful few months and some of what you dream will indeed come true….Diane

  4. p.s. what kind of person would say…why aren’t you married again btw I commented in the wrong place but you’ll little gray cells are not working….Diane

lol Diane that’s fine 🙂 its the same kind of person who thinks that they have any right to tell others how to live their life. Everyone knows how others should live their life while they barely know what they are doing with their own.

I actually posted Day 2 – eat, pray, love – on my other blog over at

I think you will like that one too 🙂
