Another great blog about the appropriateness of things that we tend to share on Facebook. No matter how friendly you are with your colleagues, as long as you are with them, you are in the office. So maintain that professionalism and conduct yourself the same way online as you would if they were sitting in front of you. If you wouldn’t stand up at the Employee meeting and criticize the management for what you think they are doing wrong, don’t go moaning about it online in a public forum. And yes, even if you think that checking out your activities online before hiring is not really fair, recruiters do that. So watch your online presence and what you do share yourself or is shared about you by other people.
